Horrific Positive: I Negative: I cant even begin to type how stressed this booking made me!! Arrived at the address given on the booking AND the confirmation. Put in the key code provided on the morning of the booking...didnt work...kept trying... couldn't get in. I messaged on the messaging system on booking.com and didnt get a reply. Rung the number provided, left messages, never got a phone call back. Rung booking.com directly who also couldn't get in touch with the host/letting company. We had to find alternative accommodation!! Spending another £250!!!! An hour after booking an alternative booking I got a reply back stating the address was another house number on the same street along with another key code number. I explained we had had to find alternative accommodation and that the address on both booking and confirmation was different. No reply.... Absolutely horrific when we were there for an event, we had two young children, we couldn't get in contact with the host, and now we hope we can get our money back!
